Our work includes surveying warehouses, hangars, churches, explosion sites, farms and many other buildings and properties.

Asbestos Re-inspection, Refurbishment, Demolition and Management Surveys.

We undertook a Refurbishment and Demolition survey to a warehouse for a large company, the building was made with a mixed collection or brick industrial units with profiled metal wall cladding and profiled cement roofs, built between 1950’s and 1980’s.

Church Refurbishment Survey

We undertook a Refurbishment survey of a church in Gloucestershire, stone construction building built circa 1855. All areas of the building were access on the survey and there was no asbestos found.

Container Refurbishment and Demolition Survey

Earlier on this year we undertook a Refurbishment and Demolition Survey of a large warehouse building, brick and block construction with a profiled cement and profiled metal roofs and metal cladding.

Refurbishment and Demolition of an Explosion Site

We undertook a Refurbishment and Demolition at a site we have previously attended and surveyed other areas of after an explosion of a cylinder, this made the survey a challenge but was completed by our surveyor once made safe. Turret Construction of stone block work.

Farm Survey

We have carried out many surveys on farms, one being when Armour first opened. We carried out a Demolition survey to a farm in Gloucester, we sampled all of the outbuildings on the farm and each one came back positive for asbestos.

Hangar Refurbishment and Demolition Survey

We undertook a Refurbishment and Demolition survey of two hangers using a mewp for access to the high ceilings, the two hangers were on a airfield and the client needed this survey for Demolition purposes.

Surveys for Phone Store

Last year we undertook the first of a few Refurbishment and Demolition survey’s in Northern Island, these surveys were for a chain of large phone shops. During this survey the surveyor found all of the asbestos in the Roof void of the store.

Refurbishment Survey for a Pub

Last year we undertook a Refurbishment survey in a pub, the pub was carrying out refurbishment works. The building was a rendered brick and block construction with a part pitched tiled roof and part profiled cement roof.

Warehouse Refurbishment and Demolition Survey for Student Accommodation

We undertook a Refurbishment and Demolition survey to a warehouse in Coventry for a big demolition company, the building is brick and block construction with flat felt roofs, built circa 1960’s. Once we had completed this survey the client demolished the building and are currently building a 800 bed student block.
